Gin Klotz-Thompson I sent you a photo by messenger. Is that where you left the food? It matches your description and photos. I’m trying to find it to gauge where he’s been hanging. My husband and I have looked all over the courtyard for him. There are a lot of noisy trucks and machines because the landscapers are here. I’m concerned he is hiding in a storm drain. My hubby and I are going to eat at pizzeria uno just down the road and then probably come back to check for him again. We feel like we found the spot you described, but didn’t see any food or remnants (like a wet cat food container).

Gin Klotz-Thompson Thank you for sharing the information. I’ll try to get over there ASAP. However you should delete your last comment with the specific location. It’s not good to post that publicly in case there are unscrupulous people looking to grab free cats (as bait for dog fighting and such)

Stacy Staccy Hi there! I’m in Washington for work today so I wasn’t able to check if he’s still there early this morning. I did leave food out and will check for him when I’m home. But you’re more than welcome to come check out the area yourself to see if he’s hanging out. He’s been adjacent to 3356 woodburn road in Annandale in bushes along the fence and in the storm drains in the courtyard.

Gin Klotz-Thompson Did you take him to the vet yet for a microchip scan? I sent you a PM. If you haven’t, or unable to, I can take him to the vet today to be scanned. It’s going to be freezing temperatures again tonight, so he needs to get inside. He’s probably not used to this kind of weather and won’t know how to protect himself, like a feral cat.
