Thank you everyone for your keen eyes and caring hearts He was reunited with me not long after he was abducted by his previous owners who unfortunately had used him for breeding the first two years of his life, and are also my neighbors... Needless to say I came at them with near righteous force before authorities took over.. He is now neutered and making trips to the parks with me and undergoing training.
