My cat was missing for almost 4 days and my husband was outside right before Daybreak .It was still dark outside and he could hear meowing and he and a friend went into the woods and got closer and closer but they couldn't find her because it was dark so they used a flashlight shineing it up in the top of the trees ,they saw her eyes glowing so they came back home ,got a ladder & some climbing gear....they climb trees for a living they cut down trees that are dangerous and hazardous so they're used to climbing trees .Colier climbed up the tree that she was in and my husband used a ladder to climb about 20 ft then Colier went up higher and grabbed her out of the limb that she was dearly hanging on to for dear life then he grabbed her and passed her down to my husband that was on a ladder and my husband went back down the ladder holding her in one arm and using the other day to get back down off the ladder it was a huge Miracle!!! She's a very lucky kitty and I advise everyone to please go into the woods and listen for your baby to cry it's very possible she could have climbed up cats cannot climb back down tall trees they panic because they cannot go back down head first there are no limbs to climb back down they can go up really far but they cannot get back down it's very important to let people be aware of this that may not know because pretty sure that a lot of cats lose their lives this way if we had not found her when we did she could have because she was up there not eating and animal could have gotten her a hawk or anything way up there in that tree please look up high in your trees for your cat there is a very good possibility she may be up there

Read ALL suggestions please! *Post on NextDoor near you asap. Its free and covers multiple neighborhoods near yours. **The #1 Tools for reuniting pets are colorful, pictured "Lost" Signs/Flyers! Put them around your neighborhood, entrances/exits and close intersections. Put one in your yard also! *He/she could be "stuck" or locked in somewhere so ask neighbors to check garage, shed etc.. *IMMEDIATELY leave garage door cracked enough for her/him to return, as kitty needs a way back in. Leave some food, water and your worn clothing inside garage as well for the scent. They usually return during darkness, when its quiet and they feel safe to return. *Go out at night when its dark and quiet. Call your kitty and then give time to listen for a meow. Dont chase it...squat down and shake a bag of treats and let kitty come to you❤🙏
