Sharon Burnett I’ve left a trail of socks. So hopefully he’ll follow it to north gate through the safe paths I’m trying to give him.

Suzan Reynolds scent was my first idea and I’ve started one. I haven’t hung them high but will as soon as I have more socks to aid in that cause. You think rain will ruin the scent? I’m essentially without a permanent address. Getting Knox is priority one. The best I’ve got is a hotel where I’ve stayed with him for a good chunk of time and the staff there are incredible in offering any assistance they can. I’ve posted to ring neighbors. Considering going door to door in the coming days to ask cameras be checked. I’ve been passing signs out and posting but I’m afraid the rain may have ruined those.

General information: Set up a scent station. Get a scent that the dog is familiar with out in front of the house. (EX. Worn clothing from family member dog lives with). Hang it out high so that the smell can travel and guide the dog back home. Keep an access point open in case the dog returns. Please post signs with the dogs' picture and your contact information on the sign. Post these signs all over as if someone spots your dog the person can contact you and provide a location of where the dog is. (Not everyone is on Social Media) Ask your neighbors to check their doorbell or house cameras (if applicable), sheds and garage. Call or go to the Animal Shelter in your area and tell them that your dog is missing and to see if it has been picked up. Prayers that your dog is found safely.
