This is a real long shot, but have you checked Huntington Beach Humane Society shelter, 21632 Newland St, HB, 92646, 714-536-8480. Dogs collected in Garden Grove (I know, a long way from BP) show up on the GG Lost and Found page, then end up at HBHS. They had posted a Found female terrier mix, similar, for the past couple weeks, and she just dropped off the Found list. Either she was finally collected by her people (after two weeks) or she is now available for adoption at HBHS. Today, HBHS has a female terrier listed as available, but no picture to accompany the post. She was familiar, but I kept having trouble locating your Lost post when I wanted to compare images. So sorry for the delay. Hope this is helpful.
