White and brown or tan pitbull, friendly but spooked, roaming around South Uptown (mostly between 31st and 34th on Girard). The photo is an approximation as it was dark, and I wasn't able to get too close.

Praying that this poor dog is either home, with a rescue family, or somewhere warm with food and water. It is too cold for dogs and cats to be outside.

Niki Taylor It was lifting its leg when it peed, but that's the only information I have on its potential to be male or female.

TeeMaster Barber IsLyfe It's definitely possible, though this dog didn't have a collar. I also just pulled this image from google because I couldn't get a photo of the dog I saw. I hope you're reunited with your dog soon!
