Open a Found cat Report with the SPCA via spca.com His photo will then be posted on the SPCA site. If you have a secure carrier, try bringing him to a vet clinic to see if he has a microchip. There is no fee for this service.

Josie Frazzetto from what I have found, SPCA and PETID have over 100 reports saying the cat has routinely been called in. My guess owner doesn't give a . Over 100 reports since 2024. The owner is irresponsible and immature. Not mature enough to look after a cat. I will most likely rehome him to a safe place and responsible owner. This is my 185th cat rescue since I got her in 2018. Laws need to be changed. People held responsible for their actions. Placing animals in danger deserves a kick in the teeth with a steel toe boot. Ive got a second grey cat that was dumped at the longueuil Marina. Owner tried to come get it back saying he changed his mind. He left with my hand print across his face then called police in me. Its time to start breaking legs of bad owners and irresponsible owners. So many ads for pets ti be rehomed after 1 year or a few months and everyone uses the same excuse. Im allergic all of a sudden.

Seems like he’s been outside for a very long time 😔 may be lost or abandoned. Thank you for taking care of him 💕 hopefully you will be able to catch him and bring him inside 🙏 If you will be able to catch him, please ask the vet to check for a microchip, it’s free! Please ask neighbors if they recognize this cat. You should also put up posters in and around the area. Maybe the owners are not on FB.
