Please add this post to lost Petfinders of Collier county. So many additional people will be able to see this and help you. If your cat was usually an inside cat, he will stay within 4 to 6 houses in all directions of your house. He will hide during the day coming out very late at night between midnight and 4 AM then going back into hiding. Put very smelly food out very late at night. Something like Publix rotisserie chicken is good. You can try drizzling some broth from the street to your door. Although not sure if that will help or not though. Post pictures on both sides of your mailbox for your neighbors and mail person and on all the surrounding street corners. Make sure you call DAS every two days in case somebody has reported him. If there are any sightings of him, but you haven’t been able to get him trapping is a very good option and it works in many many cases. Reach out to some of these sites and they will guide you along on how to do that. It may take a day a week or months, but don’t give up and keep posting. It’s very possible he can find his way home. Keep posting fliers . Do Not, Not put out litter. It draws predators that will scare him away. Keep us posted
