Percy is an English budgie. She is hand tame and is used to people. She likes to land on peoples heads because she is clumsy and needs a big target. Also, her grip is not strong so she has trouble jumping on to perches or fingers. Our family misses her so much and are just heart sick that she got out. We are trying to remain hopeful that she will find her way back to us.
