Please be on the lookout for our cat, Mufasa. We miss him so much! We let him stay the night at his relatives hse, 27775 Orlando Ave. Hayward, ca and he hasn’t returned to the hse in 2 days. Please help!!!

Please help us find our baby! We miss him so much! Black cat. Skinny face, medium build. 1.5 years old. Wearing a black collar with skulls and crossbones, name tag is baby blue/silver with a fish on it. Please contact (510)294-0320 or (510)390-2723 if you have any information.

Cats are territorial! When outside their territory they will hide!! Put out his litter box and familiar scents if owner outside too with his toys and water! Look for him with a flashlight even during the day! Look under bushes, decks, porches and cars! Look inside garages, basements, sheds and storm drains. Look up in trees and on roofs too! A cat when away from its home should not be let outside, they should be kept in a small room until they get used to their new territory! The cat will hang around as long as you keep familiar scents out there! Keep looking everywhere! If he continues to hide, set a humane cat trap asap. Pick up all outside food so he gets hungry! Put fliers on nearby neighbors porches asking them to please check their property throughly for anywhere he could be hiding incase he jumped a fence! Post on Nextdoor and file a lost report with the shelter. He should be found nearby, just don’t stop looking everywhere
