He is not my dog, but I did see him the morning of 3/5 while walking my neighbor's dog. He was very sweet and playful. He was walking with us, and I intended to get him inside/off the streets, but a construction noise scared him off. I couldn't find him after that. I have been worried thinking about him, so thank you again whoever has been able to give him some warmth and comfort until his family is found.
