Sey Beise Lee Hi Sey, Sometimes cats can get on top of a car engine to keep warm and then accidentally be transported somewhere else. It’d be worth making the drive to Gilbert to see this kitty in person. Hopefully, Carmen can put the kitty inside until the rightful owner or a rescue is found.
