It would be wise to tell the Rural Mail Carrier for Route 3 out of Purcellville because he is out in that vicinity for hours daily. And generally will notice a dog that is out of place from where normally seen. You could call or better yet, drop by PO and ask to speak to Rural Route 3 carrier briefly. They are usually in office until 9:30 - 10am.
