I hope you following Laura Jeans advice. Don't give up! Keep calling her, posting fliers and checking the shelters in person. I walk and knock and talk with people. Prayers.

Theresa Celauro oh no don’t think that. If you can get a camera on the door she escaped or a baby video monitor she will probably show up. They always try to get back in from where they exited. But usually when owner is sleeping. Then if can’t get back in they go back to hiding. And they can remain elusive for some time so it seems they have vanished. They rarely go far at all from the house. Focus your calls softly sitting down outside the door she went out. Call on and off whenever possible. Lights low outside. Key is luring back to that door and making kitty feel safe. The dark makes them feel stealthy, but they have their eyes on getting back in that door. If you can think of any other access to keep open safely do so since you don’t have the garage. If it’s quiet and left alone they’ll usually come right back in on their own. If there are any crawl spaces open nearby probably best place she is hiding in for shelter and warmth so keep that in mind. They’re great survivors. Thank you so much, Kiki was 100% indoor cat all her life, when we moved here last March she would sit on the deck with a leash on sunny days but that was it. I still have her litter outside, im still going out with treats night and day around the neighborhood. We don't have a garage but I have asked all the other neighbors and looked through their yards as best I can. I have a towel she likes outside also. I am hoping but starting to think as old as she was and as cold as it was there is a chance I may not see her again
