Indoor only cats are usually close to within 2-3 houses on any side , get a strong flashlight and look for eye reflection even in the day as they are masters of camouflage when in survival terrified mode…. Look thick shrubs , under sheds, etc remember wherever their head fits the whole body will fit …..go out safely at night , sp am in your normal “ kitty” voice, do what your cat knows….. shake treats? Open a can of food? A toy? What your cat knows so you can prove it’s really you as they will not trust that it is right now……HURRY
