Butters is 4 years old and 12 pounds mixed dog. He doesn’t have a collar on when missing. He was missing in east San Jose area at around 8am on 9/5. He doesn’t like stranger and barks a lot but he does not bite. Please contact me at 4089871477 if you see him. Approaching him might scares him away. I appreciate your help

If you have not already, please post flyers in the area where Butters went missing, and knock on doors. Not everyone is on social media. You might also ask folks to check their security monitors, if they have playback memory... Might capture something useful in the footage. Also remember to check with local animal shelters. And phone to ask their current protocols. I have heard that visiting in person to review their intake logs is the best way to get accurate information. I hope to read a positive update soon.
