Bella Shih Tzu, short cut as she just got groomed. She is mainly white with some brown tone fur color. Weighing approximately 17 lbs. Bella was attacked by a Rottweiler, after the Rot attacked her she went running off very scared and frantic. She has been injured and needs vet treatment and her medication.
