On Jan 1 a yellow lab or shepherd mix was seen running down spring mill road in Lafayette hill near Lincoln drive wearing a Teal harness. People were chasing it and not sure if they got it. Last night a neighbor of mine spotted a similar dog walking down Birch. Cannot confirm same dog. Not photo above is not actual dog. It is best guess of what dog looked like.
