Is he chipped? If so call the company. Most companies will notify vets and shelters in the area. Put out his dirty litter box with food and water. Put out his cat carrier with the door open and something with a familiar smell. Look under decks and tool sheds and in garages and crawl spaces. Call him at dusk and dawn every day. Post on Nextdoor.

Try sticking his used litter box outside so he can follow the scent. Grab a flashlight and walk around at dusk with stinky food or treats and call him
