One of the nurses at the vet office offered to take him in to take care of him until he finds his family (or to help him get adopted if it comes to that). So he is currently with this nurse who can give him better care than I am able to. I have posted to many social media platforms and I have the nurse’s information.

Christina Williams no. I contacted Charlie’s owner with more pics and video and I’m awaiting on a reply. I don’t think this is Charlie though since Charlie has green eyes and this cat has blue eyes. They look SO similar though so I reached out just in case.
