Hi. I just saw a red/brown husky walking around on W 130th near I 71. This husky had no collar and was just taking a leisurely stroll. I'm a car passenger and could not stop. If someone kept him it's possible it's him.

Elijah Ortz The area of the kennel means nothing, I've seen 2 dogs get lost off W.117 together and one ended up in Parma Hts after he went to 5 different houses in 5 diff cities, the other went to 3 in Cleveland.
