I’m not sure if this cat has an owner, but it seems to be in good condition somewhat scared, but I am able to get close. Doesn’t feel like a stray very clean and does appear well fed.
DESCRIPTION
Appears to be a long hair tortoiseshell. It appears that the cats ear is clipped, but I’m unsure if this cat as a family seems in good condition like it could belong to someone. Has been hanging out around my place of business and I have been feeding the cat.
