Put his or her dirty litter on deck along with food, water, bedding and some sort of shelter. A cat can smell his litter a mile away. This is the very first thing you need to do. If you can leave your door open at night just enough for him to get in that would be great. They hide during the day and roam at night. If he comes back at night and can't get it he will leave. When looking for him look low and under everything. From decks, porches, covers to grills and behind things like hedges. When looking at night take a flash light to see his eyes. If he likes treats take his bag and shake it when you’re out looking. Put up posters all around your house in about a 3 block area. Also post the large stores and gas stations in your area. Call local shelters and police to report him missing. I hope you get your baby back soon.

Go outside and look under porches, decks, bushes and cars. Check window wells and storm drains. At night use a flashlight. The eyes will reflect the light. They typically don’t go far, but they do move around so you’ll need to search same areas multiple times. Put out food and water and Familiar scented clothing or blanket. Alert your neighbors, local police, vet clinics, shelters and mail person. Put up signs and post on Nextdoor and any neighborhood pages. Hoping you get your kitty back soon. ❤️
