This may sound crazy but I crossed the border into Georgia and stopped at the welcome center. I took our lab near the bushes to relieve himself and this big gray cat just say there unafraid. I put dog back and went over and he was very friendly though all skin and bones. I gave him dog food which he ate and allows me to pet him. Not sure how to help except I’m heading back today and can take a photo? My moms cat jumped in a delivery truck years ago and we found it in another state via microchip
