We are devastated our sweet boy is missing. We were out of town and our hse sitters accidentally let him out. His BFF is our 10 yo daughter and she is heart-broken. Even if his remains are found (gulp) we would like to know; we are so worried about his possible suffering.

put his litter box on your porch and also some pieces of your clothing he can smell

Put his used litterbox outside so he can smell his way home. Make sure you check your neighbors sheds and garages in case he accidentally got shut in . I hope he is home soon ❤️
