Flood the area with flyers ASAP.Call and file lost report with shelters ASAP.Post on Nextdoor.If you think he was taken call and notify police on their non emergency number.They are very kind.Call your local television station and have them put your story on the news.Ask your local stores if they will post flyers in their shops.
