She’s 8-9 yrs old and skinny. She’s my baby and I’m devastated in realizing that she’s not where she was supposed to be. She was supposed to be staying in a safe place temporarily and I found out that the people she was with either let her out or gave her away WITHOUT PERMISSION OF HER OWNER.
