If you haven't done so already, make sure to inform neighbors (if there are any) in the area the cat was last seen so they can check their garages/sheds/ yards/patios/knock on the hoods of their cars (some cats will hide in the engine bay) etc. Put up signs in the area the cat was lost with the word "reward" (don't need to specify the amount and it can be small) and your phone number and a pic. My mom was able to find her cat after a month because of a physical sign. Make sure to go out looking at various times in the night (safely of course)...often cats not used to the outdoors will hide during the day and explore more once it's calmer. Go out at times like 10:30pm, 12am, 2am, 4am etc shaking a treat bag, tapping canned food and calling their name. Maybe use a flash light to shine while looking to illuminate any kitty eyes that might be hiding. You could also set up a humane trap and bait it with smelly canned food. Make sure to check the trap every 20-30 mins so you don't leave your cat (or anything else) unattended and vulnerable for too long. You can usually buy these traps at Tractor Supply stores (may be the cheapest), Home Depot, academy or borrow one from a shelter (usually requires a deposit) such as BARC. Some shelters also have lost pet forms you can fill out online but shelters should also be scanning for a chip when they receive an animal I hope you find your kitty quickly and safely!

Does he/she wear a collar? What color? Tags? Chip? You keep him/her inside? Leave items out that smell like your cat and like you in a dry area so they can smell where home is. Take walks at dawn and dusk around your neighborhood when they will be most active to keep your scent around where home is so they won’t wander far and keep close to home instead of going to other neighborhoods - hopefully they might even see you. And when you get your cat back keep them inside. Protect them from dogfighters!
