Here are some important steps to take and links/places to post: FOR FOUND DOG: • Add Found Dog to the County Stray Map (and search Lost listings): https://gis.maricopa.gov/ACC/Stray/index.html • Report to County as Found; There are additional links/resources on their website as well (24PetConnect; Petco Love Lost): https://www.maricopa.gov/162/Lost-Found-Pet • Take to any vet to scan for a microchip (avoid Petsmart/Petco, they don’t have universal scanners). Notify HARTT you have this dog in case they are searching for it https://azhartt.org/ • Make a Found post on www.pawboost.com and you can search Lost posts too. You can print flyers from there, and I believe Pawboost forwards notices to vets as well. • Post on Next Door, put a Found Dog sign in your yard in case owners are walking around searching
