MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Scout needs daily and is an indoor cat that slipped outside on Dec 1. The last time I saw her was on a trail camera I set up nearby on Jan 1. I am desperate to find her. She means the world to me! Please help me find her and bring her .

DESCRIPTION

Petite 7-8 pound tabby cat. She has a cloudy left eye and a tiny notch missing from her left ear. She is very timid and probably will not come up to anyone.

Put the litter box outside. (Some don’t agree with this but it’s worked for me). Along with kittys blanket toys something of yours unwashed so kitty can pick up the scent. Tap cans and shake treats when calling. Call for kitty early morning and evening when not so busy out. Check trees bushes woods waterways and culverts. Culverts are great hiding places. Put big currogated signs up everywhere 12x18 with description and phone number. Check with all your neighbors. Post on Nextdoor and ring and pawboost. Try smelly food. Cats generally stay close to home along perimeters and can smell up to a mile away. You can also put a chair outside with a blanket with scent (like a tent) to give safe haven in case you aren’t around or don’t see her come back Lost cat info (I saved and copy this due to the amount of lost cats)
