Surrendered to LCo Shelter in Leesburg. Black cat, male, approximately two years old, not fixed, indoor cat, highly affectionate and very calm — found in storm drain in Cascades near NoVa Loudoun neighborhood. Caught, fed, brushed, scanned (no chip), surrendered to shelter. After a 5 day “stray” hold this cat will be eligible for adoption. This docile, loving lap cat will easily find a new — was found where stray animals never end up. Absolutely perfect cat.
