Good sam Female Dog

LOST PET ID: 70229006

Los Angeles, CA 90005

DOG IN PAIN! HELP!!! GOFUNDME LINK I rescued this female dog in Koreatown, LA around 12 am last night (4/21/24). I saw her running in the streets and witnessed her being hit by a car down the street, so I took her to the emergency vet. They performed an x-ray and ultrasound, revealing that she has a dislocated leg and spinal issues. So when I took her to a vet with specialists, they said they couldn’t perform any surgeries on her because she has a microchip, but the owner didn’t register any information on it. So, I can’t help this dog until the owner is found. I had to give her to the NORTH CENTRAL ANIMAL CENTER(A ID#: A2135597 ) because she was too aggressive to feed the painers. I thought the shelter would be able to assist her since the vet recommended this place saying that it is a no organization(BUT I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THEY CAN EUTHANIZE THIS DOG). I can get her back in 8 days, but she’s in so much pain, and I just want to pay for her surgery so she doesn’t suffer. Instead, she’s in the shelter with dislocated legs.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Los Angeles community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
