Lost or found a pet?

He’s an orange tabby with a clipped right ear. That’s his most distinguishing feature. He is also neutered. He’s very timid and shy and will get scared easily by unfamiliar sounds. He won’t approach people at all.

Buddy is 11 yrs old and has been missing since December 12th and he is a male light orange\beige tabby who is neutered and has claws. He has a white patch above his nose and a little more white towards the end half of his tail. He had a red collar on with a bell. He is an outdoor and indoor cat and was born to a feral mom. He always stays close to and has never been gone, not even overnight. I always get a minute 10 or 10:30 p.m.
