Chevy Male Dog

Chevy is a mix breed with a very thin build and runs with a limp to his back right leg due to a recent surgery. He is wearing a chain collar with some keys on the chain so that he jingles and I can hear him. It's not like him to not come . I am very worried about him and am hoping someone picked him up and has him safe. I couldn't imagine him being out in this cold. But he isn't chipped so I worry they will keep him and not bother looking for the owner. I can't find anything about him anywhere. I have posted on every group I can find and emailed shelters and searched high and low around my area. I'm a wreck, and so broken without my baby boy. I need to find him please if you have any information please call or text me at thank you, and God bless.
