This sweet black dog is from the Pittsburgh area. He was stolen from an 87 year old man who stopped to buy dog food. The perp took his car with the dog in it. The perp was arrested and said he left the dog go in Nash County, NC. Anyone who has information about Lucky - PLEASE call the Pennsylvania State Patrol, ASAP. Thank you!
