Don't lose hope, I know how hard it is. When my indoor cat got out and went missing we were desperate. We finally found him very close to home. Actually in the yard next door! He could hear us calling him, but being an indoor cat the outside noises and smells were just too scary for him. He was hiding undearneath the deck of the next door neighbors and had managed to sneak in through an incredibly small hole. The advice of the can of tuna is very good, also if he has any favorite dry treats that you can shake the bag. Just don't expect him to meow loudly back, ours was meowing so softly from being terrified, we could hardly hear him. Best of luck, praying for you and your beautiful golden friend.

I hope he is if he is stuck and he's not home yet I hope it's close enough where you can hear him holler and get him back inside tell him he's a bad boy but you love him love him love him,

Thanks so much! We have done all of this. I am also checking a lot at night with a flaslight. So far neighbors have had 1 maybe 2 possible sightings (lots of false alarms too). It's been 2 weeks. We hope he comes home soon!
