We did that for years and they would literally cry at the door to go out. They love it outside and we only kept them out during the day. Now the other cat we have is inside permanently. We feel guilty for what happened, but I like to think she was so happy outside so that makes me feel a little better. Thanks for the share!

Sure hope Foxy is found alive and well. As a pet owner, I made the decision years ago that my cats would be confined and my dogs would only be outside when they are on a leash. I knew I wouldn't be able to hear the pain and guilt if something bad happened to them.
