Description
Small to medium terrier mix (probably Yorkie), scruffy, matted greyish-brown fur. Appears neglected, very skinny, and looks like he/she may have skin issues. Very distinctive look due to the severe matting. Seen on the street, seems very hungry and perhaps scared/disoriented.

I have been seeing this dog on my daily commute to work for about 2 months now. Most days, it is hiding or coming out from between the bushes between hse #4663 and #4659. Sometimes it goes down the street near #4645, but today I spotted it at 11:30 AM between #4663 and #4659. I leave food and water when I can, but I cannot take it home. It is surprisingly sweet, friendly, and gentle, which makes seeing it like this even harder. It needs urgent rescue, grooming, and medical care. Please help if you can foster or rescue, and reply to update me if you are able to help him! :(
