Very small dog blue and white collar no tag. Chased and slipped out of harness, we saw her in the park at seascape and sandpoint at 11pm 7/12.

Add date lost! Post flyers. Post to Rodeo and county lost V pets groups. Report to shelters, check in person daily. Check cameras, homeless encampments. Get her microchipped and always keep collar with ID tags on!!! What’s the point of a collar with no ID tags on it?! Get her a harness she can’t slip out of! There are owls and hawks outside! Do better!
