First 48hrs is very important. Share flyers with pic and info to neighbors and businesses around there. Set out familiar smells like socks, bedding etc. If you set out a litter box be sure to monitor it as well as food, this can attract wildlife. They usually stay close by, check under cars, bushes, look up in trees and other small hiding areas calling quietly, calmly, shake treats. Night time do the same with a flashlight looking for eye reflection. Contact area shelters, post on other neighborhood social media sites. If contacting a drone service make sure it's reputable. Borrow a live trap and monitor it. Don't give up! 🙏

🔻 🔻 Can you or Have you set a Humane live trap? MUST BE MONITORED CLOSELY Cover the trap to block wind, rain, snow, sun. An old throw rug or towel with the scent of home is helpful. Large paper leaf bags work as well,trap fits in nicely 🐾 Alert all neighbors and ask to check sheds,garages, under decks, bushes, even old dog houses. If possible place pets bed in garage with food and something that smells like home. Leave garage door up just enough to allow entry for kitty. 🐾 Sharing 🔴 PLEASE USE CAUTION DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, TRAP SHOULD BE MONITORED EVERY 30 MINUTES for the well being of the animal ☺️ PLEASE TAKE NOTE, trap should be checked at least every few hours. IN INCLEMENT WEATHER EXTREME CAUTION IS NEEDED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE ANIMAL🐾

Go outside with a flashlight and call his name you will be able to see his eyes. Look under everything, and please keep us posted. He probably hasn’t gone far.

Put his kitty litter outside I know this helps them find it. Experienced this and it worked
