If you search outside, the best time to look is late afternoon and early evening. Cats tend to sleep in daytime and become actives when seeking food. When I had outdoor cats I used a clicker (available from a pet store) and trained them to come for treats which helped if they strayed. A neighbor thought it was a “universal feline remote” but it does require spending a few days time to train them with treats. Praying she’s home soon ❤️

Leave some of your laundry outside your home to help him find his way home by scent. Also leave a door, lower window, garage door cracked open enough for him to find a way back into the home. They normally try to get back inside the same way they got out. If he is scared, he may be moving at night when it is quieter and looking for a way back inside. Hope this helps 🙏

Stop letting your cats outside . If you actually love them keep them indoors or if you want them out invest in a catio or harness train .
