Female black dog with white on chest, hurt back leg

Currently at a July 4th party and this dog showed up in the backyard. It’s female and her back leg seems to be hurt, it’s lifted when she walks. I tried getting to the neighbors to knock on their door and ask if she’s theirs, but their hse is inside a gate and there are 2 other dogs inside the gate who were barking. The people whos’ hse I’m at aren’t sure if she belongs to someone or is a stray. Patton Blvd, zip-code 78207
