**Found** Small, male Papillon (?) near Marion Mix elementary school the evening of 5/28/26. Beige color and very sweet/friendly. It was taken to the vet and isn’t microchipped. I was unable to keep it at home so please contact Elk Grove Animal Shelter tomorrow if this is your pet.

I need to include nearest cross street and a number to get ahold of you in every post and put FOUND with date and time did in all other posts.... Kindly have a vet do the first scan for free microchips if they do not detect make sure you have a shelter do the second one... Considered Sacramento County we're found you need to have Bradshaw shelter do, if Elk Grove well then Elk Grove shelter. Be sure to inform the correct shelter you found and if you're willing to foster due to beyond overcrowding informed them as well.Be sure to post to Nextdoor App,Neighbor'sring App,Elk Grove,CA Lost and Found pets Facebook Group as well as Elk Grove Lost and found pets Facebook Group 2 separate ones.. Also if anybody comes forward make sure you get proof of ownership for its safety even if it has a microchip
