Message from Owner

Help Buzzworth get home. He’s a sweet and loving boy that has been with me since he was an itty bitty little guy. Our family would be devastated to see him.

It would be good to put a worn piece of clothing on your porch as well as inside the garage. Like I mentioned earlier. It would also be good to post on neighbors Ring app which covers a three plus mile radius of your location and alerts people that have the app. It would be good to especially focus on a one to two block radius of your home especially at Dawn dusk and feeding time shaking a bag of cat treats or cat food vigorously to help attract your cat's attention if it's nearby and bring a flashlight with you to help catch a glimpse of your cat's eyes if it's near. At the same time when you're checking this one to two black radius, make sure you check trees shrubbery window wells and especially under decks and porches and ask your neighbors to check their shed and garage where cats are often found. Hope your baby is soon safely back home. Good luck!

Make sure your cat is really missing. Recently within a 2 week. Five different people thought their cat was missing and they were all later found in their house, including a cat that was found 3 days later in a cabinet that was hardly used. Make sure you check behind furniture under furniture, dresser, drawers, closets, etc. Good luck!

Flyers are very important. They are best put in a zip gallon bag that is upside down to protect from the elements. It was just recently that both the dog and a cat were reunited by flyers alone since the people that found the animals did not have social media. If you adopted from a rescue, they usually like to know ASAP that a former animal is missing. If your cat has a microchip, it's good to make sure your contact information is up to date so you can be contacted if your cat is found. Cats tend to stay close to home before they wander so time is of the essence. Make sure your cat is not hiding in the garage in a closet in a dresser, drawer or behind furniture which often happens. I've heard of a few cats returning home the past few years when the owner left their garage open about 5 inches with a worn piece of clothing on the inside of the garage near the opening to help attract the cat if it comes close back to home but not too wide. So you do not attract unwanted animals. It's good if you go check outside on your block around Dawn and dusk with a flashlight looking in shrubbery and under decks and porches to hopefully catch a glimpse of your cat's eyes if it is close by. Usually cats are scared when they first leave home and might not even respond to you. So the flashlight might come in handy to catch a glimpse of the eyes. It's also good to check your local animal control in person daily because things change very often and best in person. It's also good to check local rescues and shelters in your area daily. Hoping for a quick and safe return.....

Get a picture out to all delivery drivers in your area. UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, BUS DRIVERS and MAIL CARRIERS. ASK THEM TO PUT THEM UP IN THE BREAK ROOMS. They have eyes 👀 all over the place. Might be able to give a sighting location. Give a picture to local landscapers. GO TO and leave a picture and all local shelters, vet clinics, and police departments. Good luck getting your baby home 🏠 And when you get your baby home please put a collar on with your phone number even if an indoor pet. MICROCHIP AND REGISTERED AND KEEP YOUR INFORMATION CURRENT!!! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR POST IF FOUND!!!

Try Going out late at night ie midnight and again early am ie 5 or 6 am with their smelly food and treats. Shake treat bag and call out their name. Take a flashlight and check under porches and bushes. Also if you can leave a basement window and garage door open so they can get in. Do for multiple days if needed. Good luck.

Check garages sheds window wells porches bushes under decks vehicles. Ask neighbors to check these places incase he got locked in someplace and can't get out. Go out day and night calling his name. Also look up trees. Cats will climb up trees if something scares them. Go in person to animal control shelters vets to see if someone dropped him off. It's very important to check the hoods of vehicles. Cats will climb up under the hood of a vehicle to stay warm. They also can travel under one. Even get dumped far out. Cats can travel a distance. ( Not saying he did, but it happens.) Check out all the lost and found sites daily. Check the storm drains too. Call his name! Shake a bag of treats. Call his name! It's very important that you keep doing everything that I suggested in my comment everyday and night. 🙏♥️!
