Put smelly food like chicken and hot dogs, his kennel, bedding and your worn clothing outside your house for him. Make a scent trail of liquid smoke from the food and bedding outward in each direction. Call the police and animal control to report him missing. If he has a doggy friend/sibling that he is bonded with, take that dog out to search as well. Sometimes dogs will come to other dogs. It’s really important to get big bright neon lost dog signs up in the area he is lost so people know who to call right away if they see him:
