I'd be really careful as some people will claim to be the owner. Some people troll groups like this. Always require proof of ownership in many forms.

Please notify police and report as found, they also can scan for a chip. Let local shelters know also. This pups family is most likely looking for pup. Please don’t hand over to just anyone. Some people even go to police station to pick up their babies. Thank you for keeping pup safe.
