Paulding County Animal Control picked up a cat today from Springer Pkwy in the Summit @ West Ridge subdivision off of Colbert Rd. I'm not sure if this is close to you or not but she is black with white whiskers, chest, and paws. https://www.facebook.com/Pauldingcountyanimalcontrol
