Emergency foster/rescue needed - found San Antonio 78223/Goliad Rd. Found female black Lab mix, no microchip found, wearing collar, emaciated, sweet, crate-safe so far. I cannot keep her. Pet FBI report #795258. I can provide photos and found location. Looking for rescue backing, medical intake, or emergency foster placement.Emergency foster/rescue needed (I can not keep her sadly)
