Hello My dog Mia went missing on July 4th from my sister’s home in Sacramento, in the Pocket area near the Johnfer Way cul-de-sac. She’s a small senior dog and she spooks easily, so if you see her please don’t chase her. A soft voice and a call or text to me at is the best way to help bring her home. Would you share this with anyone you know in Sacramento, especially around the Pocket and Greenhaven? All the details and photos are on the flyers. Sherri Karle yes this is an Avid Chip Number. I did file a lost report w/ front street and gave them this chip number.

Denise Chavez Not sure if that's a correct chip ID unless it's an "Avid" company microchip maybe..EVERY OWNER Aware to report missing to the microchip company and double check it actually got registered DO NOT Assume big mistake and that is why many are at the shelters and or owners change numbers and do not inform the chip company.. Did this get done?? This is also separate from filing a lost report with front street shelter when missing in City of Sacramento

Owner neefs to post to Nextdoor App and Neighborsring App daily So it goes out to the immediate area and nobody forgets. Put on South Sacramento Lost amd found pet Facebook Group. Owner needs to file a missing report with Frontstreet shelter. Owner needs to get on the website several times a day they update starting at Noon when the public can bring them in. A lot of them are being held right now because a shelter's only going to accept very few each day depending on how much space.ALL All owners responsibility to not rely on the website Get in there every couple days speak with them and show them pictures every time as long as it takes.Deceased not on websites. Owner needs to get big fluorescent signs out. Please respond is she microchipped for her sake??

If chipped make sure owner contact info is current with chip company. File online lost reports with shelters. Post on Nextdoor and post flyers. Check Craigslist lost and found and pets for sale ads. Keep checking shelters online and in person.
