LUCI is Missing in Des Moines, IA

o and thank you for reading this post. My Dad’s cat Luci has been missing since Thursday night at around 11:30pm. When she’s not ready to come inside, she will roll by the door on her back and walk away, which she did that night. My Dad fell asleep in his chair waiting for her.(which has happened before and she’s always been at the front or back door in the morning) She is very skittish and doesn’t like to be touched or held unless it’s her idea. We don’t have a collar on her because we didn’t want her to get caught on a fence and the break-away collars were being lost daily. She is microchipped with my parents information listed. We just lost my Mom a few months ago and Luci is the one thing that’s been keeping him going. Her companionship is something my Dad cherishes and they have a very special bond. Please if you have seen or do see her, call or text me at or call my Dad, Donald (who doesn’t do technology, so doesn’t have a cellphone) at .
